HABA Colors & Shapes – My First Games from Age 2

🌈 HABA Colors & Shapes is an educational game from the My First Games series, specially designed for young children from around 2 years old. With colorful wooden shapes, children learn through play to recognize, name, and match different colors and shapes.

The game offers several ways to play. The youngest children can play freely with the wooden pieces and game boards. For slightly older children, there are two simple dice games in which colors or shapes are searched for and placed in the correct position on the game board.

🎲 How do you play?

There are several ways to play Colors & Shapes.

In the first dice game, everything revolves around colors. A child rolls the color die and checks if there is an empty space of that color on their game board. If so, the child may take the matching wooden piece and place it in the correct position.

In the second game, shapes take center stage. The shape die determines which shape needs to be searched for. The child finds the correct wooden piece and places it in the matching position on the game board.

The game boards and wooden pieces can also be used without game rules to puzzle and explore freely. This allows young children to become familiar with different shapes and colors in a simple way.
