Baby Elephant – Susan Hellard | English picture book

Baby Elephant is a lovely and funny English picture book by British author and illustrator Susan Hellard. The book is part of the Baby picture book series and tells the story of a little elephant who discovers why listening carefully is actually very important. 🐘❤️

Ephra is the smallest baby elephant in the whole herd. Small in size, but with the biggest ears of all! 👂

There is only one problem: Ephra doesn't use her big ears to listen carefully at all. Her mother, father, aunt and grandmother all give her good advice, but Ephra pays little attention to it. She is determined to do everything her own way.

Until one day something exciting happens...

Ephra discovers in an unexpected way that listening to the people who look after you can sometimes be extremely important. A cheerful and accessible story about being stubborn, learning from experiences and listening to good advice.
